Returns & warranty
1. Crystal Products
Due to the natural characteristics, uniqueness, and fragility of crystals, all crystal items are final sale and non-returnable, except in the following cases:
-The item arrived broken or damaged
-The wrong item was sent
-There is a major manufacturing defect
Please note: natural lines, inclusions, color variations, cloudiness, mineral patterns, uneven textures, or other natural features are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
Custom items include (but are not limited to):
-Custom rugs
-Custom décor and artwork
-Custom-shaped or custom-selected crystals
-Any item made according to Buyer specifications (size, color, pattern, etc.)
Custom items are only eligible for replacement if:
-The wrong item/size/design was sent
-The product was damaged during shipping
-There is a clear manufacturing error
Buyers must provide photo evidence within 7 days of delivery.
3. Standard (Non-Custom) Products
A. Unshipped Orders
✨ Unshipped orders may be cancelled at any time for a full refund.
-No fee
-No questions asked
-As long as the item has not been packed or shipped
B. Shipped Orders
Once an order has shipped, returns are accepted only in the following situations:
-The item arrived damaged
-The item is defective
-The wrong item was sent
Buyers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery and provide photos.
Returns due to buyer’s remorse
(“changed my mind,” “don’t like it,” choosing the wrong size/color, etc.)
are not accepted.
If the product issue is confirmed, the Seller will cover the replacement shipping cost.
4. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To process a claim, please provide:
-Order number
-Clear photos/video of the issue
-Packaging photos (if damaged during transit)
-A brief description of the problem
All claims must be submitted within 7 days after the item is delivered.
